Mission & challenge
Immo-zürich GmbH approached us with the desire to modernize its digital presence and expand it to include a comprehensive self-service platform. The goal was to provide prospective customers and tenants with an intuitive listing and information service that is easy to use and optimally designed for mobile devices.

Concept & design
Based on a clear brand structure, an elegant, responsive layout was designed that inspires confidence and guides users in a targeted manner. A calm color scheme with carefully chosen accents ensures pleasant user guidance. Large images, clear navigation, and targeted entry points make it easy to find listings or log in to the customer area – whether on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
Self-service for sellers, tenants, and interested parties
A crucial component of the project is the login area, which addresses different user roles. Interested parties can save listings to a watch list and create their own search profile. Tenants have access to a portal with useful information about their tenancy and can conveniently submit damage reports online. In addition, a function has been integrated for sellers that allows them to create their own listings and monitor them at any time. This area is clearly structured, user-friendly, and integrated into the website, reducing administrative effort and noticeably improving the user experience.

Results & outlook
With its new website and customer portal, immo-zürich GmbH offers its target groups a powerful, modern platform: interested parties can find suitable offers more quickly, tenants can find all relevant information in one place, and sellers benefit from efficient content management. The platform is also scalable for future expansion and represents a solid digital building block for the real estate agent and property manager's business model.
